First prototype of the SEPPI MIDIPIERRE stone crusher was build in 1987. Through this "long-term" development, today the SEPPI stonecrusher MIDIPIERRE has achieved maximum efficiency. The little stone crusher MIDIPIERRE clears land from stones, no matter whether for agricultural land, as a step of land reclamation, for the maintenance of ski slopes, or for land clearing and construction site preparation.

The SEPPI MIDIPIERRE dt is an upgraded version of the former MIDIPIERRE way. It comes with a new, innovative two-option linkage hitch, with a stronger transmission and additional crushing bars. The highlight is a new and more inclinable grader blade with pressure gauge. Very strong frame, for a very long life with reinforced frame made of wear-resistant steel. Available with Grader blade (option) with hydr. height and rotation adjustment and hydraulic-pneumatic damping incl. lateral extensions.

With the SEPPI universal STONE CRUSHER and soil tiller MIDISOIL dt - the little brother of the STARSOIL, you can do many things: crush rock, stabilize the soil, grind stumps, mulch wood, and recycle paving material.

The MIDISOIL dt is an new multifunctional crusher-tiller-mulcher for middle PTO-tractors (100 - 170 hp). It comes with a new, innovative two-option linkage hitch, with a stronger transmission and additional crushing bars.

MIDISOIL dt can work at 1000 rpm with 1 or 2 speeds (opt). That means that the rotor speed can be changed depending on the job from approx. By switching a mechanical lever on the main gearbox, the speed of the rotor can be reduced from fast to slow, while the tractor PTO speed remains set at 1000 rpm. Working at this PTO speed protects the driveline and at the same time ensures better work when mulching wood (in fast gear) and milling stone and soil (in slow gear).

In the version with the 2SPEED gear with 2 speeds and integrated cooling the MIDISOIL dt (225 and 250 cm working width) is equipped with an ADAM™ alignment system - the tilting of the mulcher with PTO shaft alignment while keeping equal and W-shaped PTO shaft angles. This prevents damage to the PTO shaft and supports an ideal adjustment to the conditions of the ground -> faster working, better results, longer lifetime of the PTO shaft, and higher lifting.

The MULTIFORST is a multifunctional SEPPI tiller-mulcher. It tills soil and roads, mills stumps and mulches wood.

It is ideal for maintaining dirt roads, for land reclamation, for the preparation of ski slopes, to clean up slash after felling operations. It is also a great machine when the soil must be slackened, stumps and stones removed for the plantation of new trees and for seeding. This shows great results both in agriculture and in greenspace maintenance, e.g. in parks.

Thanks to the 2SPEED gearbox MUTIFORST is working with 2 speeds: depending on the job it is possible to adjust the speed - fast gear for mulching on the surface - slow gear for working in the ground. This feature protects the driveline and at the same time ensures better work when mulching wood (in fast gear) and crushing stone and tilling soil (in slow gear).

Thanks to the 2SPEED POWERSHIFT system, the rotor speed is controlled directly on the ISOBUS terminal.

This versatile SEPPI soil tiller and forestry tiller STARSOIL, suitable for tractors with power class between 180 and 310 HP is equipped with a new traction system that simplifies work by ensuring greater efficiency: soil tilling to a depth of 40 cm, crushing stones with a min. diameter of 30 cm and mulching wood with a diameter of 40 cm.

The operator can change the setting during operation - fast gear for mulching on the surface - slow gear for working in the ground - the tractor PTO remains unchanged at 1000 rpm. Working at this PTO speed protects the driveline and at the same time ensures better work when mulching wood (in fast gear) and crushing stone and tilling soil (in slow gear).

A further advantage is an integrated cooling system of the lateral gear transmission (standard) and the main gearbox (also combined with the new 2SPEED version). The cooling function can easily be activated from the tractor cab using the control device and the temperature can be monitored constantly through the display. This eliminates the risk of overheating of the transmission. The parallel gear transmission offers reduced width and smaller footprint. The difference between total width and operating width is minimal.

The SEPPI MAXISOIL is a multifunctional tiller-mulcher. It tills soil and roads, mills stumps and mulches wood. It is ideal for maintaining dirt roads, for land reclamation, for the preparation of ski slopes, to clean up slash after felling operations.

SEPPI MAXISOIL mulcher is suitable for tractors with a power class between 300 and 450 HP. The patented rotor V-LOCK has an optimised combination of new ULTRA MONO PROTECT + MONO & ULTRA MONO EXTREME fixed hammers with tungsten carbide inserts. The machine is fitted as standard with a transmission cooling system integrated with the remote temperature control device that eliminates the risk of overheating of the transmission if the work is interrupted. Double CARBONCHAIN gear belts provide high strength and length stability with high flexibility. The frame is fully protected with interchangeable Hardox® wear-proof plates. In standart version is ADAM - cardan alignment system to improve how the machine adapts to the soil. This SEPPI ''angular compensation'' feature is used to protect the cardan shaft and the tractor PTO and MAXISOIL from unnecessary stress caused by differences in soil. Adjustable crushing bar and grill to obtain the desired degree of crushing and hydraulically adjustable hood are also the basic features.
