In order to maximize useful life of brush, its pressure to the surface can be adjusted. Optionally, such pressure setting can be made from cabin inside. It provides optional system reducing rotating speed of brush preventing unnecessary wear.

In order to minimize dust in the environment, waste is humidified at correct points throughout suction line.

Engine- fan connection is made through torque convertor on CityRay; in this way, engine life is extended and maintenance costs resulting from replacement of clutch lining is prevented.

Thanks to flexible design, top structure can be easily mounted to different chassis vehicles of different sizes.

Thanks to user friendly control panel, operator learns using machines within a short time period.

55 degrees of angle provides ease for discharge operation of wastes.

HYDROSTATIC DRIVEN

COMPACT SWEEPER 2+ M³

Modular design enables to prepare CityMouse for future enhancements and adaptations and thus provides effective sweeping with low noise, dust supression, and ease of maintenance all work together with exceptional on-task endurance.

We design whole the system to operate at the lowest costs. Maintenance costs are minimized without loosing performance of the machine. Consumable parts are meticulously chosen to reduce running costs.

CityMouse’s overall robust compact structure determines how well a sweeper picks up debris. Debris from the surface is sucked in a direct route into the hopper.

Excellent manoeuvrability is achieved thanks to all-wheel steering. Extremely small turning circle is easily achieved. All-wheel steering is monitored by means of steering angle sensors, which allows for automatic centring, and enhancing safety.

CityMouse is equipped with 2-brush system which has kick back mechanism and whose all movements are controlled hydraulically and independantly from each other as standard. Featuring independently controlled disc brushes, the 2-brush system guarantees absolute mobility in any sweeping situation. The rotating speed and ground pressure of the brushes can be adjusted from the driver’s cab.

Operational comfort and ergonomics are the focal point while designing the driver’s cab. All operating and control elements are arranged ergonomically around the driver for optimum reach. The design of gas and brake pedal, and cruise control facilitate the driver’s work. The sweeping unit is operated via the door and control panel featuring joysticks and push buttons.

Its discharging system is designed to enable discharge of wastes into any waste container available on road. It doesn’t need to transport wastes for waste disposal areas.

TRUCK TRAILED MECHANICAL SWEEPER

Cammello is designed for heavy works and is capable of sweeping every kind of debris such as sands, waste generated as a result of recovery of heavy winter conditions, mass of ghousehold garbages, stones. It can collect 1,2 ton per minute waste materials from surface and It doesn’t need to be taken to discharge areas.

It loads coarse waste material quickly and directly from the road onto a truck and operates on a mechanical basis without suction. It is ideal for use in long distances and heavy road conditions.

It is equipped with abrassion-resistant spoons in order to collect all kind of bulky debris from the surface. Speed of elevator can be adjusted according to the density of waste. Materials collected by the elevator is directly loaded onto the loading platform of the truck by conveyor belt. It can be adjusted in height and can hence be adapted to the loading height of the standard trucks used for towing.

Both elevator and conveyor belt are covered by aluminium material in order to prevent dust and shedding of the sands and other garbages while loading.

Hydraulically actuated heavy duty brushes with ideal dimensions for each machine effectively collect all kind of debris from the road to front of elevator spoons. Down pressure of the brushes can be adjustable for extending product life.

Ergonomic and user friendly pendant control connected via a flexible cable allow the driver to run all the functions of sweeping.

All critical controls are contained in a purpose built locker on the one side of the machine. The ease of access to this equipment aids diagnostic checks and maintenance. Heavy duty, waterproof electrical connectors and color coded wires have stamped identification for quick location during troubleshooting.

MECHANICAL SWEEPER 2 M³

Hamarat offers the optimum balance among high performance, quality, low cost, and environmental impact.

Machine is capable of sweeping and collecting sand, stones or other debris with 2 m³ ideal capacity and loads waste material quickly and directly from the road into its own hopper.

Standard model of Hamarat without engine uses the PTO of the tractor and there is no additional fuel consumption. Any kind of tractor with 33 KW is sufficient to trail the machine. The connection between machine and tractor can be handled easily in a short time.

Optionally, self-engine model allows our partners to use forklift, pickup or other vehicles to trail the machine if tractor is not available on hand. Additional engine room including 23,8 KW engine with 50 lt fuel tank is located on the rear of hamarat.

Ergonomic and user friendly pendant control unit connected via a flexible cable allows the driver both to run all the sweeping functions inside the tractor cabin and to drive the tractor simultaneously.

It needs less components comparing with other sweeper models. All critical controls are contained in one area. The ease of access to this equipment aids diagnostic checks quickly. Due to compact design of the subgroup, it is very easy to change the brushes, and to clean jet nozzles, and water filter.

Washing gun equipped on the machine can be used for ceaning the machine after sweeping, irrigation of trees and plants, washing the pavements or agricultural disinfection purposes by using special chemicals.

Waste discharging is carried hydraulically by the pendant control unit. Its hopper is designed to enable discharge of debris into any waste container available on road. It doesn’t need to transport wastes to waste disposal areas.
